When you request a visit
Our inquiry form asks for a parent or guardian’s name and email address. You can also provide a phone number, your child’s age, a preferred start date, and a message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss a visit or enrollment.
Please avoid including medical records, financial details, or other sensitive information in this form. The form is intended for parents and guardians.
Where your inquiry goes
The website and inquiry form use Wix. Submitted inquiries are stored in the school’s Wix account, and email notifications are delivered to the school’s email inboxes. Wix and our email providers process information to provide these services.
Services used on this website
The embedded Google Map loads when you open the page. The site also loads Google Fonts and website software from external providers. These services receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, when your browser connects to them. Their handling of that information is covered by their own policies.

Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures website visits, interactions, phone-link clicks, and confirmed tour inquiries using cookies and technical information. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call was completed. Our custom inquiry events do not include your name, email, phone number, child’s age, or message. You can decline analytics and still use the form.
